These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kbl99 governing your use of the kbl99 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on kbl99.
You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful to use kbl99.
Each individual may hold only one kbl99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
kbl99 operates under PAGCOR regulation. All disputes are subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR's adjudication framework.
kbl99 provides self-exclusion and deposit limit tools. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have accounts suspended for their protection.
By accessing, registering for, or using the kbl99 platform at kbl99.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the kbl99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. kbl99 operates and provides its services subject to the terms of its license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). All activity on kbl99 is governed by applicable Philippine law.
To be eligible to use the kbl99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
kbl99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not satisfy the foregoing requirements.
To access real-money services on kbl99, you must register a single personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. kbl99 reserves the right to require supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
One Account Rule: Each person may hold only one (1) kbl99 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances within them being voided.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbl99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kbl99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kbl99 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
KYC Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, kbl99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
kbl99 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. kbl99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met; and (c) the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500 being reached. kbl99 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution.
kbl99 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations. kbl99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kbl99 will pursue recovery of all amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks and may refer such matters to relevant law enforcement and PAGCOR.
kbl99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual gaming session. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or server fault — kbl99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance. kbl99's determination in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbl99 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any kbl99 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kbl99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) any interruption or cessation of service; or (d) any loss arising from unauthorized access to or use of kbl99's servers or any personal information stored therein.
kbl99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kbl99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
kbl99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at kbl99.org/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for a kbl99 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting kbl99 through the channels specified on our About Us page.
kbl99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the kbl99 Platform.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to contact kbl99 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes relating to kbl99's PAGCOR-licensed activities may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
